FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is 3for100?

3for100 operates UK skill-based competitions offering the chance to win cash and product prizes. Entrants must answer a skill-based question correctly before their entry can be accepted.

Who can enter?

You must be aged 18 or over and ordinarily resident in England, Scotland or Wales. Other eligibility restrictions may apply and will be displayed on the relevant Competition page.

How do I enter a Competition?

Create or sign in to your account, select the Competition and number of entries, answer the skill question and complete payment. Your entry is confirmed only after successful payment and allocation of your ticket number or numbers.

What happens if I answer incorrectly?

You will not be charged and no tickets will be issued. You are allowed only one attempt at the skill question for each Competition round, so you cannot try again after answering incorrectly.

Is there a free entry route?

Yes. Each paid Competition also provides a free postal-entry route. Full instructions are available on the Free Postal Entry page and must be followed exactly. There is no online free-entry form.

Postal entries must arrive before the relevant Competition closes. Valid postal entries are entered into the same draw and treated equally to paid entries.

Is there a spending limit?

Yes. Paid competition spending is limited to £250 per account during each calendar month. Additional payments will be blocked once the limit has been reached.

How are ticket numbers allocated?

Available ticket numbers are allocated automatically. Multiple entries may not receive consecutive ticket numbers. A postal ticket is allocated only after the postal entry has been received and validated.

When will a Competition be drawn?

The closing arrangements and draw date or draw trigger are displayed on each Competition page. If all available tickets sell out, the Competition may close and be drawn earlier where this is stated on the Competition page and in the Competition Rules.

How are winners selected?

A winner is selected at random from all valid entries using the draw process described in the Competition Rules. Draw results and winner information will be published on the Winners page, subject to the winner’s privacy choices and applicable legal requirements.

How will I know if I have won?

We will contact the provisional winner using the details registered to their account. The winner may be required to confirm their identity, age, eligibility and delivery information before the prize is awarded.

How long does a winner have to claim?

A provisional winner normally has seven days to respond to the winner notification. If they do not respond after reasonable contact attempts, are ineligible or fail the required checks, another winner may be selected in accordance with the Competition Rules.

When will my prize arrive?

We aim to supply prizes as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 30 days, unless a different delivery period is clearly stated on the Competition page. Delivery times may vary for specialist, personalised or imported prizes.

Can I choose cash instead of the advertised product prize?

No. There is no cash alternative for a product prize unless the relevant Competition page specifically states otherwise.

If the advertised product becomes unavailable or is out of stock, we may first offer a reasonable replacement of equal or greater value. If the confirmed winner has not received the advertised product or an agreed reasonable replacement within 60 days of being confirmed as the winner, a cash alternative will be offered.

The value of the cash alternative will be based on the prize value stated on the Competition page when entries were accepted.

Can I receive a refund?

Entries cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once they have been validly submitted and ticket numbers have been allocated. If a Competition is cancelled, affected paid entrants will be contacted and refunded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where can I find the full rules?

These FAQs provide a general summary only. Please read the Terms and Conditions, Competition Rules, Responsible Play Policy and the details shown on each individual Competition page before entering.
