1. Our Approach
3for100.com is intended to provide fair, transparent and enjoyable prize competitions for adults.
Participation should always be treated as entertainment—not as a way to make money, recover losses or solve financial difficulties.
Never spend more than you can comfortably afford.
2. Adults Only
You must be aged 18 or over to create an account or enter a Competition.
We may request evidence of age, identity and residential address. An account may be restricted or closed if the account holder is under 18 or cannot complete reasonable verification.
Parents and guardians should take reasonable steps to prevent children from accessing their accounts, payment methods and devices.
3. £250 Monthly Paid-Spend Limit
Each person may spend no more than **£250 on paid Competition entries across all 3for100.com Competitions during each calendar month**.
This is a monetary limit of £250—not a limit of 250 tickets.
The limit:
* applies per person rather than per account;
* covers paid entries across the whole Website;
* resets at the beginning of each calendar month;
* may be enforced across linked or duplicate accounts; and
* cannot be avoided by using another account, identity, device or payment method.
A purchase that would exceed the customer’s remaining monthly allowance will be declined or restricted.
The monthly limit cannot be increased or reset early at a customer’s request.
Valid free postal entries do not reduce the £250 paid-entry allowance because no entry payment is made to the Promoter.
The £250 limit is a maximum safeguard—not a suggested amount to spend.
4. Your Remaining Allowance
Where displayed, the Website will show:
* the amount spent on paid entries during the current calendar month; and
* the customer’s remaining monthly paid-entry allowance.
Customers should review this information before making another purchase.
Payment cancellations, corrections or refunds may take time to appear after being processed.
5. One Qualifying-Question Attempt
Each person receives **one qualifying-question attempt per Competition round across both the paid and postal routes**.
If the answer is incorrect:
* the entrant does not qualify for that Competition;
* no paid-entry payment is taken;
* no ticket or entry is issued;
* no retry or second question is provided; and
* the entrant is blocked from entering that Competition round.
Customers must not create or use another account, identity, device or payment method to obtain another attempt.
6. Staying in Control
Before entering, ask yourself:
* Can I comfortably afford this amount?
* Have I already spent more than I intended?
* Am I entering for entertainment rather than to solve a financial problem?
* Am I trying to recover money previously spent?
* Is participating affecting my mood, relationships, work or responsibilities?
* Am I hiding my spending from other people?
* Am I borrowing money or using money needed for essential bills?
If any answer causes concern, stop entering and consider requesting an account restriction.
Do not use money required for rent, mortgage payments, food, household bills, debts, childcare or other essential costs.
Do not borrow money to enter Competitions.
7. Warning Signs
Participation may be becoming harmful if you:
* spend more money or time than intended;
* repeatedly reach your monthly spending limit;
* feel pressure to enter before a Competition closes;
* attempt to recover previous spending by entering again;
* become anxious, irritable or distressed about participating;
* neglect work, family or other responsibilities;
* hide or misrepresent your spending;
* borrow money or miss essential payments;
* create additional accounts to avoid restrictions; or
* feel unable to stop.
If you recognise any of these signs, stop participating and seek support.
8. Temporary Account Suspension
You may request a temporary account suspension through our Contact Us page.
A responsible-play suspension will last for a minimum of **six months**.
During the suspension:
* no new paid entries will be permitted;
* no new postal entries will be accepted;
* attempts to enter through linked accounts may be blocked; and
* promotional emails, texts and push notifications will be stopped as soon as reasonably practicable.
Essential account-security, legal, prize-administration or service messages may still be sent where necessary.
Valid entries confirmed before the suspension will normally remain in their applicable draws. The customer will still be contacted if one of those entries wins.
A temporary suspension will not be removed before the minimum period expires.
9. Permanent Account Closure
You may request permanent account closure through our Contact Us page.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
Closing an account does not automatically cancel valid entries already confirmed or remove information that we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, accounting or prize-administration purposes.
Where the closure relates to responsible-play concerns, attempts to create replacement accounts may be blocked.
10. Marketing Controls
Every promotional email should contain an unsubscribe option.
Customers may also ask us to stop promotional communications through the Contact Us page.
Account-security messages, payment confirmations, competition updates, winner notifications and other essential service communications are not promotional marketing and may still be sent where necessary.
Customers subject to a responsible-play suspension will not be sent promotional marketing during the suspension.
